He has guided complex development portfolios and driven significant organizational growth across the industry. Ty has been directly involved in more than 12 GW of operating energy projects, representing over $14 billion in investment.

Emily leads power marketing and origination, commercial strategy, policy, transmission, and valuation, drawing on 20+ years of development experience across a diverse range of energy technologies. She is a passionate advocate for bringing dispatchable clean energy sources to customers of all types and is recognized for her creative approach to offtake contract structuring. Emily brings firsthand experience with digital infrastructure development, corporate procurement needs, and has led teams to nationally recognized achievements in utility-scale PPA contracting.

Adam oversees design, procurement, construction, and project operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience building and investing in energy infrastructure. He holds a deep understanding of the intersection between finance, supply-chain, construction, and operations, which enables high-volume, low-friction execution at scale. Throughout his career, Adam has overseen more than $2 billion in capital investment across nearly 1,000 solar projects.

Tim leads corporate and project finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury. He brings more than 30 years of experience across the energy, water, and technology sectors, including two decades in CFO roles with direct involvement in public offerings and major transactions. Over the past three decades, Tim has raised more than $8 billion in equity, debt, and structured finance transactions across several industries.

Ben oversees enterprise risk, insurance, internal governance, corporate policies, and compliance.  With more than 20 years of legal experience in the power sector, his expertise spans corporate governance, contract negotiation, and regulatory affairs. Ben previously served as Primergy’s General Counsel, where he built and led the company’s legal function through a period of significant growth.

Suchil brings 15 years of energy development experience to his role as Chief Legal Officer, with a track record supporting the financing and execution of more than 7 GW of solar and storage projects. Since joining Primergy in 2022, Suchil has served in senior legal leadership roles, guiding the company through major project financings and development agreements. His background includes extensive work in project finance, M&A, procurement, and development‑stage contracting. Suchil’s deep industry experience and solutions‑oriented approach help ensure Primergy’s projects are structured for long‑term success.

Staci leads people and culture, bringing more than 20 years of human resources experience with a deep background in the energy sector, including roots in some of the industry’s largest players with a pipeline of over 8 GW. She is passionate about building strong, supportive cultures where employees can thrive, do their best work, and bring their authentic selves to the organization. Staci pairs HR leadership with a people-first approach that supports individual growth and long-term company strength.

Anthony leads development and M&A activities.  With more than 15 years of experience across the energy sector, he was responsible for nearly 15 GW of development-stage project acquisitions and worked on over 9 GW of projects in operation or under construction. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of energy development—enabling him to effectively navigate regulatory, financial, and operational risks and opportunities. Anthony combines sharp market insight with strategic instinct and focused execution to advance development portfolios and acquisition opportunities.
